Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO & Content Creation Executive to manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, and strengthen our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have creative content ideas, and be able to create engaging posts, reels, captions, and other digital content to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Optimization (SMO)

- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, followers, and reach.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords, and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Track social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports.

1. Content Creation

- Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms.
- Develop content ideas for posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, and campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, and calls to action.
- Design social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Shoot and edit reels and short videos using tools such as CapCut or other video-editing software.
- Create content aligned with brand guidelines, marketing goals, and target audiences.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and creative concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content strategies.

Required Skills
- Good written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook content, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Understanding of hashtags, trends, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or practical experience in social media marketing and content creation will be an advantage.
- A portfolio of social media designs, videos, reels, or content samples is preferred.
