Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress.
- Plan work schedules and manage workforce attendance.
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors as per project priorities.
- Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and safety equipment.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain project timelines.
Salary: 1,16,000 per month
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of building construction procedures and equipment.
- 7 years of relevant experience in building construction is mandatory.
- Valuable English speaking and listening skills.
- Age: 30 to 40 years .
