Role summary: Oversee in office execution of modular furniture projects (kitchens, wardrobes, storage, workstations). Read and interpret drawings, coordinate vendors and crews, and ensure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

1.Read and interpret architectural, layout, and shop drawings, including elevations, sections, and joinery details.

2.Take site measurements and flag drawing-vs-site discrepancies before work starts

3.Plan daily work and allocate tasks to carpenters, installers, and helpers

Manage vendors and subcontractors (carpentry, hardware, laminate, stone, electrical, plumbing): scheduling, material delivery, and work quality

4.Check incoming materials against the BOQ for specification, quantity, and finish

Supervise installation, ensuring alignment, levels, finishing,



and hardware fitting meet standards

5.Coordinate with designers, project managers, factory/production teams, and other site trades

6.Track progress against the project timeline and report delays or issues promptly

7.Maintain daily progress reports, site photos, and material and labour records

Conduct quality checks, snagging, and rectification before client handover.

8.Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and protection of client property.

9.Support client handover and resolve post-installation issues

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
