We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities on our residential projects. You will ensure work progresses smoothly, safely, and in line with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and labor teams
- Interpret drawings and ensure work aligns with design specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and craftsmen on site
- Monitor material usage, quality, and work progress
- Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to the studio
- Identify and resolve minor on-site issues promptly
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness on site
- Assist senior supervisors in project coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of on-site supervision experience in residential construction
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and basic MEP systems
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
