Job Summary

Golden Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible SiteSupervisor to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at our residential project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of work, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with contractors and workers, and completing activities as per the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor civil works including RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor daily work progress and report updates to the Project Manager / Management.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned team.




- Maintain daily site records, measurements, and work reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow and maintain site safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure construction activities are completed within the planned schedule.

Qualification

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or BE - Civil.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential or building construction.
- Candidates with experience in real estate/residential projects will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Contractor and manpower coordination.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to handle site responsibilities independently.
