Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghpat, responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities and ensuring safe, efficient execution of mechanical and installation works. The role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with engineers and project managers, and monitoring progress against schedules and quality standards.

The Site

Supervisor will manage resources, verify work against drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with safety procedures,



and support commissioning and handover activities. Daily tasks also involve maintaining site documentation, preparing basic reports, liaising with clients’ representatives, and addressing operational issues to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

- Ability to supervise mechanical installation activities, including piping, equipment erection, structural fabrication, and related site works.
- Skills in reading and understanding engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Competence in site coordination, resource planning, and basic project scheduling.
- Knowledge of safety standards, risk identification, and implementation of protected work practices at site.
- Experience in quality checks, inspection of completed work, and adherence to industry and client standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide site teams and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain site records, daily progress reports, and basic documentation for project tracking.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (or equivalent field); prior site supervision experience in process industries is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work in Baghpat on-site, with flexibility to support extended hours or shutdown/turnaround schedules when required.
