Job Purpose / Justification

We require a Site Maintenance Engineer to manage site operations, infrastructure upkeep, and facility maintenance across our plot-based township projects, ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and maintenance of all common areas, utilities, and physical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure & Utility Management

- Oversee and maintain township infrastructure, including internal roads, stormwater drains, sewage pipelines, water supply systems, and network and boundary walls.
- Ensure the regular upkeep and uninterrupted operation of common electrical infrastructure, including streetlights, transformers, and backup generators.
- Monitor the maintenance of landscaping, common green areas, parks, and security gates.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

- Plan and execute routine preventive maintenance schedules for utility systems, equipment, and common facilities.
- Respond promptly to technical issues, breakdowns, and maintenance requests across the township.
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical assessments and supervise minor repair work.
- Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate timely corrective actions.

3. Vendor & Contractor Supervision

- Coordinate with vendors,



contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor the quality and timely completion of maintenance work.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and maintenance resources.

4. Plot Owner & Customer Coordination

- Address plot owners’ maintenance-related complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication with plot owners and internal teams regarding site maintenance issues.
- Ensure common areas and township facilities are maintained to the expected standards.

5. Compliance & Site Safety

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety guidelines and company procedures during maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify infrastructure defects, potential hazards, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, repairs, inspections, and vendor work.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic technical knowledge of civil, electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance.
- Solid site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities and resolve issues within stipulated timelines.
- Willingness to work at township project sites.

Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience in site maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, facility management, or township/project maintenance.

Immediate Requirement

Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
