Role Description This full-time Site Engineer role is an on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues on site. The role also involves conducting inspections, maintaining site documentation, and supporting structural engineering assessments as needed.

Engineer will contribute to planning, resource allocation,



and timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision capabilities and experience working in field-based construction environments.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge to understand drawings, load calculations, and construction methods.
- Candidates should possess civil engineering expertise, ideally with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with construction safety regulations, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and proficiency with site reporting and basic project management tools.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure or commercial/industrial construction projects in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad region is an advantage.
