- Supervise day-to-day construction activities

- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers

- Monitor progress and report to senior engineers/project managers

- Study structural and architectural drawings

- Set out works (marking layout, levels, alignment)

- Ensure correct implementation of design on site

- Resolve minor technical issues at site

- Check quality of materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.)

- Ensure proper workmanship and finishing

- Conduct inspections and tests (slump test, cube test, etc.)

- Maintain quality records and reports

- Plan daily/weekly work activities

- Ensure work is completed within timeline

- Coordinate with different teams to avoid delays

- Maintain site records (daily reports, material records, etc.)

- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS)

- Record measurements for billing (RA bills)

- Handle site instructions and work orders

Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
