Job Title: Site Engineer

Department: Project / Construction

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Manager

Job Summary The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and monitoring daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, and measurements as per drawings.
- Ensure quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and material requirements.
- Coordinate material delivery, equipment, manpower, and site resources.
- Identify and report site issues, drawing discrepancies, and technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and applicable construction standards.




- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team and project management.
- Assist in quantity calculations, BOQ verification, and measurement sheets.
- Maintain proper documentation of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project planning software is an advantage.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Freshers or candidates with relevant site experience may apply, depending on project requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
