Job Summary

APM Tech Construction Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in civil construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle site measurements, material requirements, and quantity calculations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.




- Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Experience in site supervision, quantity estimation, and billing.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower effectively.

Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Salary Range: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
