About the Company

Badakar Interiors & Automation Pvt. Ltd. specializes in interior execution and automation projects. We are looking for experienced and dedicated Site Engineers to manage and execute interior fit-out works at our Lucknow project site while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute daily site activities related to interior fit-out works.

Manage and coordinate civil and interior works, including flooring, false ceiling, painting, partition work, and other interior finishing activities.

Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

Ensure that all site activities are executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.

Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Prepare daily progress reports and share regular site updates with photographs.

Manage labour productivity, material consumption, and site resources efficiently.

Check the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards.

Identify site issues, resolve technical problems, and report major concerns to the reporting manager.

Ensure proper material planning and timely availability of materials at the site.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain discipline at the project site.

Maintain daily records of work completed, materials received, labour attendance, and site activities.

Coordinate with the client and other project stakeholders whenever required.





Ensure punctuality, regular attendance, and compliance with company policies and reporting procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2–10 years of experience in site execution, preferably in commercial interiors or interior fit-out projects.

Good knowledge of flooring, false ceiling, painting, partitions, and interior finishing works.

Ability to understand construction drawings and execute work accordingly.

Strong knowledge of site measurements, material estimation, and labour management.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Knowledge of site safety standards and quality control procedures.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.

Ability to prepare daily progress reports and coordinate effectively with the project team.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: Up to ₹70,000, depending on experience, technical knowledge, and suitability for the role.

Travel Allowance: Provided by the company as per applicable company policy.
