Responsible for overseeing and executing all interior finishing activities to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion. The role involves coordination with various stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to deliver top-quality finishes in line with project standards.
Key Responsibilities _
Supervise and execute all finishing works, including Civil finishes and interior works,and façade interfaces.
- Review finishing drawings and specifications to ensure execution as per design intent.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams for smooth interfacing.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure rectification within the stipulated time.
- Verify subcontractor bills related to finishing works.
