VR Livin is seeking a Site Billing Engineer to manage site measurements, verify executed quantities and support accurate contractor billing for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct physical site measurements for completed construction works.

· Maintain measurement books and quantity records.

· Verify contractor measurements against actual work completed.

· Coordinate with site engineers for measurement certification.

· Prepare quantity statements and supporting documents for RA bills.

· Monitor material consumption and quantity variations.

· Reconcile site quantities with BOQs and approved drawings.

· Identify discrepancies in measurements and contractor submissions.

· Support the billing team with verified site documentation.





· Maintain accurate site measurement and billing records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

· 2–5 years of experience in site measurement and construction billing.

· Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-offs and RA billing.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

· Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications.

· Robust numerical accuracy and site coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience in residential buildings or villa construction projects.
