Requirements and responsibilities are as follows :
- Managing all production activities independently in a shift
- Managing man-power, planning allocation of work
- Effective supervision of production activity
- Meeting production targets
- Adhering to safety norms
- Optimum utilisation of all resources
Candidates preferred only from Chemical Manufacturing industry.
