Job Title: Shift Manager

Job Summary The Shift Manager is responsible for managing daily bakery operations during the assigned shift, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality and freshness, supervising staff, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shift.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate bakery staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales, billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain product display, freshness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Check stock availability, inventory levels, and product wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and production team to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure staff attendance, shift scheduling, and proper task allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.




- Prepare shift handover reports and communicate important updates to the next shift.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, bakery, café, restaurant, or food service operations preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, inventory management, and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a quick-paced environment.
