Job Summary

TFarm Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Shift In-Charge to manage daily dark-store operations, supervise staff, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain timely order fulfilment. Candidates must have prior experience working with quick-commerce platforms such as JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, or Blinkit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dark-store operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
- Supervise store associates, pickers, packers, and other operational staff.
- Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock availability, and replenishment.
- Monitor inward stock, stock transfers, damaged goods, and expiry dates.
- Ensure order accuracy and minimize cancellations, delays, and inventory discrepancies.
- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, task allocation, and shift handovers.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and order fulfilment time.
- Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with operational SOPs.




- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain inventory and operational records.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have 1 years of relevant experience in quick-commerce operations.
- Candidates currently working or previously employed with JioMart, Swiggy Instamart, or Blinkit will be preferred.
- Experience as a Shift In-Charge, Dark Store Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Team Leader is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of dark-store operations, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch is required.
- Valuable team-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with operational dashboards or inventory systems.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualification Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant quick-commerce operational experience may also be considered.

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience and current salary.
