SharePoint Online & Power Platform Migration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online and Power Platform Migration Consultant with strong expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations, ShareGate, Power Platform migration, AI Builder, and PowerShell-based automation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and validating large-scale Microsoft 365 migration projects, with a strong focus on data integrity, security, automation, and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SharePoint Online and Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Perform large-scale content and workload migrations using ShareGate and other Microsoft 365 migration tools.
- Migrate and validate Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and related solutions.
- Support AI Builder migration and configuration as part of Power Platform migration initiatives.
- Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate migration, validation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Assess existing Microsoft 365 environments and develop detailed migration strategies and execution plans.
- Perform pre-migration assessments, dependency analysis, data validation, and post-migration verification.




- Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure successful resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
- Ensure migrated content, permissions, metadata, configurations, and dependencies are accurately preserved.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Prepare migration documentation, status reports, validation reports, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure migration activities follow Microsoft 365 security, governance, and compliance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Expertise in ShareGate for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Platform Solutions
- AI Builder
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale migration projects.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, metadata, content structures, and dependencies.
- Experience with migration testing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
