Key Responsibilities

- Manage and control day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production yield, rejection, scrap, and downtime are maintained within defined targets.
- Ensure grade-wise machine parameters are set and monitored as per SOP.
- Monitor machine-wise production, yield, scrap, purging, and downtime records.
- Ensure product yield without purging is maintained at ≥98.75% and internal production rejection is <1%.
- Supervise and effectively utilize manpower, machines, and raw materials to achieve production targets.
- Train, guide, and monitor machine operators and production workers.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores for process, quality, material, and machine-related issues.
- Maintain shift production reports, records,



and shift handover/charge book.
- Ensure daily machine and weighing-scale checks are completed as per SOP.
- Ensure proper purging material segregation and scrap control.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, safety, and housekeeping requirements.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Diploma/ B.E in relevant technical field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in plastic/polymer/ Masterbatch manufacturing or production.
- Experience in shift handling and manpower supervision will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
