Job Summary The Sheet Metal Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily sheet metal manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, product quality, workplace safety, and delivery schedules are achieved. The role involves managing manpower, monitoring machines and processes, reducing rejection and wastage, and ensuring smooth production flow in accordance with customer specifications and company standards.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily sheet metal production and achieve production targets.
- Handle sheet metal processes such as laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, and assembly.
- Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance.




- Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Reduce rejection, rework, material wastage, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments.
- Maintain production reports and monitor productivity.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and compliance with work instructions.

Key Skills: Sheet metal fabrication, engineering drawing reading, manpower management, quality control, production planning, problem-solving, and team leadership. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
