Job Summary

PWS is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow platform and excellent communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering virtual training sessions, developing practical learning materials, and helping candidates build the technical knowledge and hands-on skills required for ServiceNow projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live, instructor-led virtual training sessions on ServiceNow technologies.
- Explain ServiceNow concepts, architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world project scenarios.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Guide trainees through ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and workflows.
- Conduct assessments, practical tests, and knowledge evaluations.
- Resolve trainees' technical queries and provide constructive feedback.
- Track training progress and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.




- Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Understanding of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, forms, tables, and access controls.
- Knowledge of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs is an advantage.
- Experience with additional modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, or other specialized areas is desirable, depending on the training requirement.

Required Trainer Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward, structured manner.
- Confidence in conducting interactive virtual training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to create structured training plans and practical assignments.
- Experience training freshers, working professionals, or career-transition candidates is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or relevant CIS certifications.
- Prior experience as a ServiceNow Trainer, Technical Mentor, Consultant, or Developer.
- Experience delivering project-oriented, hands-on training.
