Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement and optimize Now Assist capabilities including AI-powered summarization, Agent Assist, AI Search, and Knowledge Generation.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Configure automation using Flow Designer and App Engine Studio.
- Ensure platform performance, governance, security, and best practices.
Preferred Certifications:
- CSA, CAD, CIS
- ServiceNow Micro-Certification: Now Assist
Preferred Candidate: Robust ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience in Now Assist/Generative AI implementations, platform customization, integrations, and enterprise automation solutions.
