Title Description for Opportunity: ServiceNow

Role Name : ServiceNow NowAssist Developer / Tech Lead/ Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions leveraging NowAssist, Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Virtual Agent .
- Build intelligent conversational experiences and automate business processes using GenAI capabilities.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalogs, and integrations.
- Develop and enhance chatbot, self-service, and AI-driven automation solutions.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with NowAssist, Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and Virtual Agent .
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform customization, integrations, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Chennai/ Kolkata/ Mumbai/ NCR/ (Pan Inda)

Experience Range: 4+ Years

Qualifications: Any UG/ PG (Full time and Regular)

Certifications: CSA/ CAD
