Job Summary

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with robust hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, platform configuration, scripting, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with ITSM and GRC/TPRM processes, along with a good understanding of platform security, workflows, and application development.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
- Previous experience working with a multinational company (MNC) is required.
- Overall experience of 4–6 years, including at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration.
- GRC and TPRM experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, catalog items, dashboards, and reports.
- Build and maintain platform components using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Support ITSM and GRC/TPRM processes, including assessments, approvals, due diligence, and risk reviews.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, LDAP, and related technologies.
- Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, groups, and platform security settings.




- Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, improve application performance, and support deployments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout development and implementation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, documentation, testing, release management, and production support.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- ServiceNow development and administration
- Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Workflows
- Update Sets, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
- REST/SOAP integrations and API troubleshooting
- Testing, debugging, deployment, and production support
- ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and governance
- Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
- ITIL certification or knowledge
- Experience with IntegrationHub and ServiceNow Orchestration
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
