Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead solution design for complex initiatives spanning multiple ServiceNow applications.
- Design and develop advanced flows, custom applications, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Establish development standards, governance, and architectural best practices.
- Review solution designs and code to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead platform upgrades, new product implementations, and technical roadmaps.
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow team.
- Evaluate recent ServiceNow capabilities, AI features, and platform innovations.
- Drive automation initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Support complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams on cross-platform initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.




- 710+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- 5+ years designing and developing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer,

IntegrationHub, and platform architecture.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and enterprise integrations.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and upgrade strategy.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in one or more ServiceNow products.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred but not required).
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Security Operations, HRSD, and

Employee Center.
- Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and enterprise automation initiatives.
