Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote OR Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Fulltime

Support Hours: IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 12 PM PST (which is 3 pm IST to 12.30 am IST)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

:

- Must have 8+ years of experience in modules ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Portal experience and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations modules Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Support ServiceNow Application Users
- ServiceNow system support including Production and Sandbox environments
- Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge
- ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation
- Reports and Dashboard
- Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow. Move integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.
- ServiceNow Release upgrade testing
- ServiceNow Application security administration




- User training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience, including scripting, configuration, and production support.
- Good experience with ServiceNow integrations, especially with external tools such as Jira and PagerDuty.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery.
- Robust experience with JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and related automation.
- Ability to design, build, troubleshoot, and support REST/SOAP/API-based integrations.
- Experience handling integration failures, data sync issues, authentication/connectivity issues, and production incidents.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable taking ownership of the existing integration landscape and upcoming Jira and PagerDuty integration work.
- Note - Key primary module required in HRSD. ITSM scripting + integrations + CMDB/Discovery
