Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per Month

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical and process-related training for service department staff.
- Train technicians and service advisors on Toyota service standards and procedures.
- Improve technical knowledge, customer handling, and service quality.
- Conduct training sessions and employee assessments.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to identify training needs.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates from the automobile industry will also be preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in training and developing employees.
