ServiceNow Administrator - ITSM / CMDB

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with strong experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform administration. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow administration, and day-to-day platform support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Manage and maintain CMDB data integrity and governance.
- Perform user administration, role management, group management, and access controls.
- Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, and catalog items.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Support integrations and data imports where required.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Work closely with global stakeholders and support teams.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.




- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Positive understanding of CMDB, CI relationships, and data management.
- Experience in ServiceNow administration, user management, and platform configurations.
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog processes.
- Understanding of ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills.

Mandatory Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) Certification
- Experience working with CMDB and ITSM processes

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Discovery, Service Mapping, or Asset Management.
- Familiarity with integrations and ServiceNow platform upgrades.
- Experience supporting global customers and distributed teams.

Shift Requirement
- Must be comfortable working in a 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST shift.
