Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
"Service Scheduler" is a key role who will interact with customers to plan visits such as
Preventive maintenance, Installations and other planned activites. Service Schedulers will work closely with Regional Service Managers, customers and
Field Engineers to deliver our services, effectively.
Customer call handling & monitoring over email and phone.
Planning and scheduling activities for Service Engineers, in alignment with Customers'expectations.
Negotiate with customer's to schedule planned maintenance activities.
Ability to know/learn the specific geographic territory and travel time estimation.
Collaboration with Regional Service Manager and Team Leaders.
Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system.
Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers.
Planning and scheduling of installation activities for Field Engineers.
Collaboration with Call dispatching team with regular interactions.
Leave room for Short Term and dispatching to manage load factor.
Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity.
What You Need to Succeed
Diploma, BSc - Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Any Graduate
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Good Negotiator
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Preferred - Knowledge of SAP and SFDC,
Preferred - Good knowledge of Customer location and time to travel, for a specific region
