We are hiring a skilled Service Engineer (Solar Lights) to manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our commercial and residential solar lighting products.
Key Responsibilities-Field Services & Technical Support
- Installation & Commissioning: Set up, test, and activate solar streetlights, courtyard lights, and solar power packs.
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix faults in solar panels, charge controllers, lithium batteries, and LED drivers.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site technical assistance, resolve customer complaints, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of field service reports,
- component failures, and customer feedback.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of DC/AC circuits, battery management systems (BMS), and solar charge controllers (MPPT/PWM)
