Job Title: Service Engineer

Experience: 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot company products at customer sites.
- Handle technical issues, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide on-site customer support and resolve service complaints.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
- Travel across Gujarat and Rajasthan as required.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service engineering.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience in RFID, automation, or library automation is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site visits.
