- Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and service visits for UPS systems, inverters, and batteries.

- Track service requests and ensure timely resolution by company standards and customer expectations.

- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure effective follow-up to guarantee service satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer interactions, and job completions.

- Communicate proactively with customers regarding service timelines, updates, delays, and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with technicians and field service engineers to allocate tasks efficiently and resolve issues promptly.

- Monitor inventory and order necessary parts or materials required for service jobs.

Generate service reports and assist with invoice preparation, if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
