We are looking for a data-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to own the strategy and execution of our organic search initiatives. You will work closely with our content, product, and engineering teams to improve our online authority, increase high-quality traffic, and turn visitors into loyal customers

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement,



and scale comprehensive SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
- Keyword Research: Conduct deep keyword and search intent research to guide content creation and identify new growth opportunities.
- Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, slow page speeds, and missing schema markup in coordination with developers.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with copywriters and editors to optimize existing and new web pages for target keywords, readability, and user engagement.
- Link Building & Outreach: Execute ethical off-page link-building campaigns, digital PR, and content outreach to grow domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, preparing regular reports for management. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of proven hands-on experience in search engine optimization (in-house or at an agency).
- Tool Proficiency: Robust command of industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript behavior, and major Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow etc
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data and algorithm shifts into actionable, prioritized tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical SEO concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with local SEO, international SEO, or e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of emerging AI search visibility, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles

Qualification: Any UG pr PG Degree.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
