At Hilt web solution Pvt Ltd, We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive to join our team to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Executive to improve website rankings, organic traffic, search engine visibility and overall website performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Technical SEO, AEO, Google Search Console, keyword research, website optimization, and Google Ads. You will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to our websites to optimize them for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO content optimization.
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for search engines.
- Perform Technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, and website performance issues.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in AI-powered search results.
- Identify and fix Google Search Console errors and indexing issues.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics,



SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Develop strategies to improve Google indexing, organic growth, and website rankings.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in SEO or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and link building.
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and the behaviors of search engines.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Ads setup and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
