JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to improve online visibility and generate qualified leads for US visa services and US IT bench sales through SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan digital marketing activities to generate leads for H-1B, L-1, O-1A, EB-1A, other US visa services, and US IT bench sales.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad copy testing, budget monitoring, and conversion tracking.
- Improve organic rankings through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent research.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, metadata, internal links, and calls to action.
- Track traffic, rankings, leads, cost per lead, and conversions using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to lead quality,



conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and web teams on campaign assets and landing pages.
- Monitor search trends and algorithm updates; prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience.
- Knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
- Ability to use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to evaluate performance.
- Understanding of landing-page optimization, conversion tracking, and cost-per-lead metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

PREFERRED

- Experience in lead generation for skilled services, recruitment, staffing, or immigration services.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
