SEO & Digital Marketing Lead

Webomindapps is looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Lead to drive SEO and digital marketing strategies across multiple clients, brands, and websites. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on SEO expertise and proven team-handling experience. Candidates with 24 years of recent experience in a Digital Marketing/SEO Agency are strongly preferred, as the role involves managing multiple clients and projects in an agency environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute SEO & Digital Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO/Digital Marketing team.
- Manage multiple clients, websites, brands, and projects.
- Plan and execute On-Page, Technical, Off-Page, Local, and E-commerce SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content gap analysis.
- Implement AEO and GEO strategies for search engines and AI-driven platforms.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Identify SEO issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, UI/UX, Development, and Business teams.
- Handle client/stakeholder communication and project delivery.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of overall experience in SEO & Digital Marketing.
- 24 years of recent Digital Marketing/SEO Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of SEO.
- Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and project management.
- Experience managing multiple clients/websites/projects.
- Good understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, and GTM.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile We are particularly looking for candidates who have 5+ years of overall experience, strong SEO expertise, and recent agency experience of 2–4 years, with the ability to independently handle teams, multiple projects, and client requirements.
