Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team at our Sholinganallur office in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective B2B clients, qualifying business leads, explaining our biometric products/API solutions, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential business clients, decision-makers, and prospective leads through outbound calls.
- Product Explanation: Educate prospective clients on Cams Biometrics products, attendance/access control solutions, and biometric API capabilities.
- Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements, qualify leads, and schedule product demonstrations or technical follow-ups.
- Sales Conversion: Drive end-to-end sales conversations, address prospect queries, follow up consistently, and close sales deals.
- CRM & Record Management: Update call status, lead details, and pipeline stages accurately in the system/CRM.
- Target Achievement:



Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and activity targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 0.6 – 3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Outbound Call Operations, or Lead Generation (B2B / Tech / Hardware background is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal communication in English, fluency in Hindi is an added advantage.
- Sales Orientation: Results-driven mindset with persuasive negotiation and closing skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand technical products and articulate their value proposition to business owners and HR/IT heads.
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Sholinganallur, OMR, Perungudi, Medavakkam, Velachery, or surrounding areas in Chennai are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹3 Lacs per annum. It is not the boundary for the right candidate
