Do It My Way Institute of Aviation & Hospitality is looking for a creative, skilled, and result-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our in-house team.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about video editing, reels creation, social media trends, and digital content marketing. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content to promote our aviation, hospitality, personality development, and communication skills training programs across social media platforms.

This is an in-house position requiring the candidate to work from our institute and collaborate with the team on content creation and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and educational content.
- Create engaging videos for student testimonials, classroom activities, seminars, events, and institute promotions.
- Add transitions, subtitles, captions, background music, sound effects, and visual elements.
- Create eye-catching promotional videos for courses, admissions, offers, and career opportunities.
- Shoot videos and photos at the institute whenever required.
- Maintain consistent video quality and brand identity across all content.

1. Social Media Management

- Manage the institute's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Publish posts, reels, stories, and other content consistently.
- Research trending audio, reel formats, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to our target audience.
- Develop creative content ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, and student enquiries.
- Monitor comments and messages and coordinate responses to prospective students.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, views, and enquiries.

1. Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Create content that promotes aviation, hospitality, air hostess training, personality development,



and spoken English programs.
- Develop creative campaigns around festivals, admissions, student achievements, seminars, and career guidance.
- Work with the management team to execute digital marketing strategies.
- Help generate organic leads through engaging and informative content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitors' content strategies.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in Instagram Reels and short-form video editing.
- Knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for basic graphic design.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and content formats.
- Good creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content performance.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- Willingness to work on-site and shoot content at the institute.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or diploma holder in Multimedia, Video Editing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for a brand, institute, or business.
- A portfolio of edited videos, reels, or social media campaigns.
