The role involves making outbound calls, reactivating inactive partners, explaining Unicus Loans' products and advantages, generating interest, and encouraging partners to submit loan cases. The candidate will maintain regular follow-ups, build strong relationships, update call records in the CRM, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services will be an added advantage.
