Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products and their applications to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and forward qualified leads.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
