Job Role: Power BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint to develop interactive dashboards, robust semantic models, and role-based reporting solutions. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, intuitive, and productive reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build and optimize semantic models, data models, and data transformations.
- Develop advanced DAX measures and perform data preparation using Power Query.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to manage data access across different user groups and organizational hierarchies.
- Develop role-based dashboards tailored to business users and organizational structures.
- Integrate Power Apps forms within Power BI reports to capture user inputs.
- Use SharePoint Lists as data sources and for storing user-entered information.
- Translate business requirements into clean, intuitive, and user-friendly dashboards.
- Perform report validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), incorporating stakeholder feedback.




- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation.
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and semantic models.
- Practical experience with Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Experience developing role-based dashboards for multiple user groups.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including forms embedded within Power BI.
- Experience using SharePoint Lists as a data source and for capturing user inputs.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 6–8 years
- Location: Gurgaon
- Contract Duration: Should be be comfortable with 05 months contractual.
- Primary Skills: Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling, RLS
- Additional Skills: Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, Power BI Integration, UAT
