Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution:

1. Identify and engage top talent for Product Companies, GCCs, and high-growth organizations across technology and engineering domains
2. Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, talent communities, and Boolean search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
3. Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, career aspirations, and role fit.
4. Drive proactive headhunting initiatives to attract passive talent from target organizations and niche skill domains.
5. Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within recruitment systems and trackers.
6. Stay informed about market trends,



talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
7. Help leading Product Companies and GCCs build high-performing teams by connecting them with exceptional talent.
8. Influence candidate careers by creating meaningful opportunities and positive hiring experiences.
9. Strengthen Zyoin's talent network and employer reputation through professional candidate engagement.

Experience, Qualification & Capability:

1. 2 to 8 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Staffing. Strong interest in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building professional networks.
2. Working knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social networking channels .
3. Basic understanding of Boolean Search, talent mapping, headhunting, and candidate sourcing strategies .
4. Exposure to hiring for Technology, Product, Engineering, GCC, Startup, or Corporate roles will be preferred.
5. Robust verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates professionally.
6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
