? Role Overview Join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in building a high-performing workforce that supports Navtech’s rapid growth.
? Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles
- Understand the requirements & curate JDs, do the job postings
- Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews
- Maintain ATS and build strong talent pipelines
- Support onboarding and ongoing hiring initiatives
- Participate in campus hiring and employer branding activities
? What You Bring
- 4+ years of IT recruitment experience (domestic hiring preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills across diverse portals
- Proficiency in Boolean and X-Ray search techniques
- Experience recruiting in a small organization (70–100 employees)
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s/MBA preferred; English-medium background is Mandatory
