We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Student Counsellor to join our overseas education consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students on international education opportunities, converting leads into registrations, and guiding students through the initial stages of the admission process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, good knowledge of overseas education, and the ability to achieve student registration and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Sales
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, social media and other lead sources.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, budgets and preferred destinations.
- Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, admission requirements and available intakes.
- Explain the application process, service charges and registration procedures.
- Convert prospective students into registered clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
