Design configure and support Workforce Time Attendance solutions Workforce Software WFS and ADP Time to ensure accurate time capture compliance and seamless integration with payroll and HR systems The consultant will enable efficient workforce management processes aligned with business policies and regulatory requirements
Must Have Skills
- Handson experience in Workforce Software WFS andor ADP Time Attendance solutions
- Strong understanding of time management processes time tracking scheduling absence overtime compliance
- Experience in integration of time systems with payroll ECP ADP or other payroll platforms
- Knowledge of labor laws union rules and statutory compliance requirements
- Experience in time data validation reconciliation and payroll impact processing
- Core Functional Capabilities
- Engage with business stakeholders HR Payroll Operations to gather time and attendance requirements policies and compliance needs
- Configure WFSADP Time modules including
oTime collection rules oPay rules and overtime calculations oShift scheduling and rosters oAbsence and leave accrual policies
- Integrate Time systems with
oPayroll systems ECP ADP oEmployee Central HR master data oFinance and downstream applications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation and support of Workforce Time Attendance WFS ADP Time solutions
- Configure timerelated components including
oWork schedules and shift patterns oTime evaluation rules and pay codes oOvertime premiums and absence rules
- Ensure accurate timetopay data flow from time systems to payroll systems
- Perform time data validation and reconciliation including
oEmployee hours validation oException monitoring oTimetopay consistency checks hours vs payroll outputs
- Monitor and manage inboundoutbound integrations SFTPAPI with realtime s and issue resolution
- Support testing cycles Unit Testing SIT UAT and golive activities
- Provide incident management issue resolution and root cause analysis RCA
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including HR Payroll Finance and Integration teams
- Support process audits compliance monitoring and SLA
- Maintain documentation including configuration design process documents and integration mappings
Technical Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Workforce Time Attendance systems WFS ADP Time
Strong experience in, oTime configuration rules policies schedules oIntegration with payroll systems oData validation and error handling
- Knowledge of integration tools and protocols API SFTP middleware
- Experience working with largescale workforce environments and global deployments

- Ensure compliance with
oLabor laws and working time directives. oUnion agreements and overtime rules
- Monitor adherence to SLAs audit controls and governance processes
- Support periodic process audits and compliance checks
- Ensure data integrity across Time Payroll lifecycle
