We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 8+ years of experience in building scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native applications using Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and modern cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in system design, NoSQL databases, search technologies, distributed systems, and a passion for mentoring engineers while driving innovation in AI/LLM-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Design and manage NoSQL databases (DynamoDB), OpenSearch, and Graph DB solutions.
- Build high-performance, cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Mentor engineers,



drive code quality, and contribute to technical architecture.
- Solve complex scalability and performance challenges.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of backend/API development experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, REST APIs, NoSQL databases, and search technologies.
- Knowledge of API frameworks, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, and system design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI/LLM-based applications.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
- Experience working in distributed/global teams.
