? Key Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered applications, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Develop production-ready AI services and automation using Python.
- Implement RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using REST/OData APIs and SQL.
- Mentor three early-career AI engineers through daily collaboration, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with US-based AI leadership on architecture and engineering best practices.
✅ Required Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI engineering.
- Strong Python programming and production-grade development skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
- Experience building agentic systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and tool/function calling.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior engineers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
⭐ Preferred: Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, ERP integrations, and AI observability tools.
