We seek an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution of residential and boutique commercial projects. You will be the bridge between architectural drawings and built reality, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction from foundation to finishing
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately for execution
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and craftsmen
- Monitor work quality, timelines, and adherence to design specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed progress reports
- Resolve on-site technical challenges with practical solutions
- Ensure safety protocols and sustainable practices are followed
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and site logistics
- Mentor junior supervisors and site staff
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of in office supervision experience in residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and structural systems
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Experience in coordinating multiple trades and contractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
