1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

1. Experience Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) / Structural Steel Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Expediting.
- Strong practical knowledge of PEB manufacturing processes and shop-floor activities.
- Experience in PEB manufacturing companies, structural steel fabrication shops, or similar engineering fabrication facilities is highly preferred.
- Must have hands-on exposure to structural steel fabrication and manufacturing activities.

1. Key Technical Requirements

The candidate must have a valuable understanding of the complete PEB manufacturing cycle: Raw Material Receipt → Material Identification & Traceability → Cutting → Fit-up → Welding → Assembly → Dimensional Inspection → NDT → Surface Preparation / Blasting → Painting / Coating → Final Inspection → Documentation → Packing & Dispatch The candidate should have sound knowledge of the following:

- PEB primary and secondary structural members.
- Structural steel fabrication and assembly.
- Fabrication and shop drawings.
- Material Test Certificates (MTC) and material traceability.
- Welding processes, WPS/PQR, and welder qualification requirements.
- NDT coordination and inspection activities.
- Dimensional inspection and fabrication tolerances.
- Surface preparation, blasting, painting, and DFT inspection.
- Inspection and Test Plans (ITP),



hold points, witness points, and quality documentation.
- NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and punch-point follow-up and closure.
- Material identification, packing, and dispatch readiness.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily shop-floor manufacturing and fabrication progress.
- Track planned versus actual production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, and Inspection teams.
- Follow up on material availability, fabrication, inspection, NDT, painting, and documentation.
- Monitor manufacturing schedules and coordinate recovery actions for delayed activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly expediting and production progress reports.
- Identify and report critical issues, delays, and potential impacts on delivery schedules.
- Maintain photographic records and provide regular progress updates to the client/Worley.
- Follow up on final inspection, documentation, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing and fabrication activities as per the project schedule.

1. Important Candidate Requirements

- Hands-on experience in PEB / Structural Steel Manufacturing and Shop-Floor Fabrication is mandatory.
- Candidates with only general Mechanical Inspection or generic Expediting experience, without relevant PEB / Structural Steel Manufacturing exposure, will not be considered.
- Candidates must be available for immediate joining and willing to work at Haridwar, Uttarakhand, for the complete 2-month deputation period.
