Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Salesforce configuration, and integrations. The candidate should have experience working across the complete development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution development to testing, release management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Develop and customize

Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, and Batch Classes

.

- Design and develop

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

and

Aura Components

.

- Perform Salesforce configuration and customization based on business requirements.

- Design and develop integrations using

REST and SOAP APIs

.

- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications.

- Execute unit testing to deliver high-quality, defect-free software.

- Create test methods and maintain appropriate test coverage for developed solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation for modules, customizations, and enhancements.

- Work with clients and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through release management

.

- Support release management activities using

CI/CD tools

.

- Manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

- Work within an

Agile/Scrum development environment

.

- Assist the wider team as required to support project and business objectives.

Must-Have Skills &

- Experience

- Minimum

4 years of application design and development experience on Salesforce CRM implementations.





- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Apex Classes

- Apex Triggers

- Batch Apex

- Visualforce Pages

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Aura Components

- Intermediate-level or above experience with

LWC, Lightning, and Apex

.

- Hands-on experience with

Salesforce configuration

.

- Experience creating test classes/test methods and ensuring adequate test coverage.

- Experience designing and developing

REST/SOAP integrations

.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external or enterprise applications.

- Functional knowledge of

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community modules

.

- At least

2 years of experience working with clients and vendors

, supporting projects from requirements gathering through release management.

- Knowledge of the release management process and CI/CD tools

.

- Experience working in an

Agile/Scrum environment

.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certification is a plus.
